MEET THE COACHES

Emma is a sports enthusiast with 21 years experience under her belt in the field of sport aerobics, and 15 years as a personal trainer of both children and adults.  Emma is a 2 x world champion with over 15 state and national titles gained throughout her competitive years. Emma holds a bachelor degree in education and has recently been appointed Assistant Principal at Wilmot Road Primary School here in Shepparton. She has a strong passion to get kids in sport and really preaches that being apart of an encouraging environment can change the direction of someone's life. She believes that striving for success in a competitive space will allow kids to see the rewards of hard work and success, whilst building resilience, confidence, and lasting friendships along the way.  

We are delighted to introduce you to Sarah Chaston, HODs newest assistant coach. Sarah is  studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and currently works at St Anne’s College as a learning support officer. Sarah comes with a wealth of experience working with primary aged children. Since joining our coaching team at HOD, Sarah has brought an incredible sense of positivity and professionalism that has truly elevated our comp squad. She has quickly familiarised herself with the rules and technical aspects of sport aerobics, demonstrating an impressive ability to adapt and learn at pace. Her keen eye for detail ensures that both technique and performance standards are consistently high.
